ملخص الوظيفة:
نبحث عن أخصائي موارد بشرية موهوب للانضمام إلى فريقنا في المدينة المنورة. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن إدارة العمليات المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية، بما في ذلك التوظيف، والتدريب، وتطوير الموظفين، وضمان الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إدارة عملية التوظيف من تحديد الاحتياجات إلى اختيار المرشحين.
- تطوير وتنفيذ برامج التدريب والتطوير لتعزيز مهارات الموظفين.
- متابعة وتقييم أداء الموظفين وتقديم التوجيه والدعم اللازم.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات الموارد البشرية.
- إدارة ملفات الموظفين وتحديث السجلات بشكل دوري.
- المشاركة في تطوير استراتيجيات التوظيف لجذب المواهب.
- تقديم المشورة والإرشاد للإدارة بشأن مسائل الموارد البشرية.

المتطلبات:
- درجة بكاليوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الموارد البشرية، ويفضل في صناعة السياحة والضيافة.
- مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
- معرفة جيدة بالقوانين واللوائح الخاصة بالعمل.
- إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
