About the Role

Ceragon is looking for a proactive, highly organized, and business-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and other C-level executives. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and serves as a strategic partner to a global executive leading Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages competing priorities with ease, anticipates needs, and enables the smooth execution of key business initiatives and executive priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex global calendar across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Coordinate international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Organize customer visits, leadership meetings, offsites, business reviews, and company events.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive follow-ups and ensure execution of key action items.
  • Support annual planning processes, Sales Kickoffs, QBRs, forecast reviews, and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and executive communications.
  • Track decisions, action items, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.



Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a global technology or telecommunications company.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • High level of discretion and experience handling confidential information.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a public or multinational company.
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, Gong, Clari, AI tools, or similar business platforms.
