Your Role

• Help Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and/or chat
• Answer questions and assist with customer requests
• Provide guidance on products, services or technical matters, depending on the project
• Deliver friendly and professional customer support
• Collaborate with colleagues in a multicultural working environment

You will receive training designed for your assigned position, helping you build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch, both written and spoken
• Good command of English
• At least 18 years old
• Eligible to work in Greece
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
