  • Device Therapy & Remote Monitoring: Oversee ambulatory hemodynamic monitoring (CardioMEMS), Barostim and Cardiac Contractility Modulation (CCM).
  • Academic Transplant Center Collaboration: Foster direct clinical relationships and bridge-to-transplant/bridge-to-durable LVAD referral algorithms with local transplant programs, with potential opportunities for shared clinical conferences, joint committees, and cross-institutional collaboration.

Clinical Model & Resources

  • Dedicated Inpatient & Outpatient Structure: Protected time divided between advanced heart failure inpatient consults/ICU rounds and dedicated outpatient heart failure clinic, supported by advanced practice providers (APPs), dedicated nurse navigators, and clinical pharmacy specialists.
  • Multidisciplinary Shock Platform: Seamless co-management alongside critical care intensivists, experienced interventionalists (1,350+ PCIs system-wide), and cardiothoracic surgeons.
  • Advanced Imaging & Diagnostics: Full access to high-volume echocardiography, cardiac MRI, cardiac CT, and comprehensive invasive hemodynamic catheterization.
