About the Role
MISSION
DEINE AUFGABEN
- Unterstützung bei der Projektplanung
- Unterstützung des Account Managers/Projektleiters, Angebotserstellung, Account und Projektcontrolling
- Shooting Pre-Management, Produktionsassistenz und unterstützendes Post-Management
- Unterstützung der ganzheitlichen Entwicklung von Content Marketing
- Recherche zu effektiven Social Media Strategien und Best Practices
- Analyse von aktuellen Trends und Entwicklungen
DEIN PROFIL
- Studium in den Bereichen Medien, BWL, Kommunikation oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für Medien, aktuelle Trends und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Content Marketing, Foto- und Videoproduktion sowie im Projektmanagement
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung sowie ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
- Teamfähigkeit sowie eine offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Diskretion, Loyalität und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Tools & Arbeitsweise:
Wir arbeiten hauptsächlich mit folgenden Tools:
- Asana
- MOCO (Projektmanagement und Agenturverwaltung)
- Scompler
- Figma
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Drive)
Vorkenntnisse in diesen oder vergleichbaren Tools sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss – wir bieten selbstverständlich strukturierte Onboardings zu allen Anwendungen an.
