About the Role

Are you looking for a physically demanding job where your hard work directly translates into extra weekly cash? We are seeking rugged, dependable, and high-energy Warehouse Lumpers to join our fast-paced distribution team in Kansas City, MO.
This is a highly physical, fast-paced, and labor-intensive role. You will be loading and unloading freight manually all day in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment. If you enjoy a demanding physical workout and want to get paid for it, this is the perfect job for you.

Schedule & Hours
- Days: Sunday through Thursday
- Fridays: Some Fridays are required based on business volume.
- Overtime: Mandatory overtime as needed to finish the daily workload.
- Must be flexible and reliable to work scheduled days and stay until the job is complete.
Core Responsibilities
- Manually load and unload 50+ pound boxes, containers, and trailers continuously throughout your shift.
- Perform heavy lifting, stacking, sorting, and palletizing of freight safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a rapid pace to meet strict daily production and unloading deadlines.
- Inspect inbound/outbound freight for damage and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse work environment.

Requirements
- Extreme Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift, push, pull, load, and unload 50+ pound boxes consistently for 8 to 10+ hours a day.
- Environment: Ability to work comfortably in a non-climate controlled warehouse (hot in the summer, cold in the winter).
- Work Ethic: Must be a proven hard worker with a "can-do" attitude who thrives on physical labor.
- Reliability: Excellent attendance record is non-negotiable. You must have reliable transportation to ensure you hit your shifts.
- Experience: Prior warehouse loading/unloading, construction, landscaping, or lumper experience is a plus, but not required if you have the right physical drive and stamina.
