• Seasonal Casual role (November 2026 through to January 2027)
• Fast Food Industry Award Rates
• Minimum availability of 2-3 shifts per week throughout the holiday period (Shifts offered may change based on needs of the store)
• Flexible availability across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays required across both open, daytime and close shifts
• Position Commencing 26/10/2026

The Opportunity

The festive season is one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year at Starbucks, and we're looking for enthusiastic team members to help create memorable customer experiences throughout the holiday period.

As a Seasonal Christmas Casual Barista, you'll play an important role in supporting our stores from November 2026 through to January 2027. We're seeking candidates who are flexible and available to work across a variety of days and shift times to help meet the needs of our customers during the holiday period.

Following the seasonal period, ongoing employment opportunities may be available based on store requirements, individual performance, and your availability.
