About the Role

Role description

As a PPIC, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless production operations by balancing customer demand, production capacity, and material availability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize planning, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive operational efficiency.

Your Mission

  • Production Planning – Develop effective production plans based on demand forecasts, customer orders, and production capacity to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Inventory & Material Control – Ensure the availability of raw materials and maintain optimal inventory levels to support smooth production operations.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination – Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams to align production schedules and business priorities.

  • Operational Efficiency – Monitor production performance, identify potential risks, and drive continuous improvements in planning and inventory management.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Utilize production, inventory, and demand data to optimize planning accuracy and support operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a PPIC or similar role.

  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Willing to be based in Mojokerto, East Java.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, production planning, or warehouse operations is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of MRP, MPS, inventory control, and production planning systems is preferred.
