About the Role
Description
General Responsibility: The Shipping & Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for preparing and shipping Surgere RFID tags and hardware according to purchase order specifications.
Shipping & QC Coordinator Job Duties:
- Prepare and ship tags, hardware and other items per client purchase orders
- Ensure quality and accuracy of printed tags meets or exceed customer or Surgere specifications through visual and system verification.
- Count & Re-Roll tags
- Complete customs documentation for international shipping
- Deliver tag orders to FedEx or UPS drop-off location when needed
- Generate client communication as needed for shipment tracking or customs
- Keep work area and print room clean and organized
- Assist Operations team with other projects as needed
- Make 100% of Surgere customers “Raving Fans”
Requirements
