  • Support real estate development and land use matters, including zoning, subdivision, land development approvals, easements, and restrictive covenants.
  • Collaborate with attorneys in the firm's Business and Corporate, Construction, Environmental, and Litigation practices on matters involving real estate assets and transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and provide practical guidance on real estate transactional and property law issues.
  • Manage multiple assignments and transaction deadlines while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and consistent communication.
  • Participate in practice group initiatives, client relationship development, and business development activities.

  • Ability to work independently on assigned matters while collaborating effectively with experienced attorneys and other professionals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience representing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, or developers in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Experience with commercial leasing, real estate financing, or development-related transactions.
  • Experience in the zoning and development process, representing parties before zoning boards and municipal governing bodies.
  • Experience coordinating commercial real estate closings and working directly with clients and transaction participants.
