About the Role
- Study land zoning regulations and development potential.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Recommend regulatory frameworks for Master Plans and design development.
- Prepare land documentation for statutory approvals.
- Obtain required NOCs from various departments.
Prepare and coordinate submission drawings.
