About the Role
JOIN OUR TEAM
We help companies prepare their financial reports in digital formats and publish them on time. In this role, you will quickly understand complex customer requests and handle the related work with care and attention to detail, even when deadlines are tight.New to XML and ESEF? No problem. You will learn about digital reporting formats and publication requirements with us. Step by step, you will build the expertise to handle more complex customer requests with confidence.

YOUR IMPACT
- You guide customers through reports and publications, answering questions by email and phone, and explaining the next steps.
- You check report files for issues, review and process them in detail, and correct errors to a high standard.
- You add new reports to our customer system and work with the team to ensure they are processed on time.
- You clarify technical and specialist questions with external partners, including the Bundesanzeiger and our tagging partners.
- You take initiative, learn from your colleagues and contribute to the team’s success.
THIS IS YOU
- You enjoy working in a team and speaking directly with customers.
- You communicate clearly and professionally in writing and by phone and can explain complex matters in an understandable way.
- You organize your work independently and keep track of several tasks at once.
- You grasp complex matters quickly, investigate anything unclear and work accurately, even under time pressure.
- You are open to new, specialized topics and enjoy building your expertise step by step.
- You have very good German and good English skills and are confident using MS Office and digital tools.
