Our crews deliver the drinks people love to grocery stores, convenience stores, bars, and restaurants across the state. Next time you grab a cold one from a fully stocked cooler, there’s a good chance a Summit driver loaded it. We’re local, we’re growing, and we’re looking for drivers who want to grow with us.

A Day on the Road

  • Hit the road in a Class A company truck and work through your route of retail accounts around the greater Missoula area.
  • Unload product and move it to back rooms to the sales floor.
  • Stock, rotate, and face product so coolers, shelves, and displays look their best.
  • Set up eye-catching promotional displays.
  • Become a familiar, friendly face to store managers and work with other departments daily

  • Pay Range: $25 - 28/hour, plus bonus incentives.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • A current CDL Class A and a valid DOT medical card
  • A solid driving record and the ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol testing
  • Previous delivery experience (grocery, retail, or beverage experience is a big plus)
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • The strength to lift 50 lbs. routinely and to move loads of up to 160 lbs. with equipment
  • A can-do attitude in any Montana weather, sunshine or snow


Physical and Other Requirements: This position requires a minimum of four 10-hour days Tuesday – Friday. The shifts, end times, and total hours worked may vary depending on the season and quantity of deliveries, sometimes exceeding 10 hours.

  • Seeing: Must be able to read reports and use computer/table/office equipment. Must be able to read and interpret documentation. 75-100%
  • Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with employees and business contacts. Must be aware of environment when driving. 75-100%
  • Standing/Walking: 75-100%
  • Sitting: 0-24%
  • Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 50-74%
  • Lifting/Pushing/Pulling (approx. 50lbs up to 160lbs): 75-100%
  • Grasping/Feeling/Hand Dexterity: 75-100%
  • Driving/Travel: 0-24%
