Cho Tot team is number 1 classified site in VN with more than 1 million daily active users per day and continuously growing day by day. Our vision is to be a marketplace ecosystem to serve Vietnamese life using advanced technology. We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our mission.
You will be one of the talents who build and run services that are used by millions of Vietnamese people. As a Technical Product Intern you will work on our platform products and internal SaaS tools — the products that engineering and business teams across multiple business units build on and work with every day. During the period of intern time, we welcome you to apply for a full-time position in Cho Tot.
Job Description
- Perform bookkeeping and monitor all transactions are properly accounted for in a timely manner in the local system as per local legal requirements.
- Prepare reconciliation between the local system and group system on a monthly basis.
- Perform registration & reporting to local authorities: tax department, statistic department.
- Liaise with auditors, tax officers and tax advisers for local statutory matters.
- Assist Finance Director/Team Lead in the handling of external and internal audit
- Assist in monthly invoice/ Debit note issuing and other accounts receivable tasks related to the intercompany transaction
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Assist in other tasks required by the Finance Director.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
- Preferred experience in SAP - ACCPAC and Start-up/E-commerce environment
- Good mathematical background
- Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of relevant experience
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal) in English and Vietnamese
- Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic
- Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office programs
- A mindset geared towards adopting AI
