Production Supervisor

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a motivated, hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily cleanroom production operations. This position is responsible for supervising employees, maintaining efficient workflow, meeting production goals, and ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently followed.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who takes initiative, holds employees accountable, and works closely with management to improve overall plant performance.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for supervising all plant production and supply employees.
• This employee stages work daily by department.
• This employee is responsible for establishing strong communication within departments so that daily goals get accomplished.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Must be ambitious
• Possess strong interpersonal skills
• Have good communication skills
• Have a friendly and helpful attitude
• Must be able to work independently, doing physical job functions in the plant on occasion
• Bi-lingual Spanish and English preferred but not required
• College degree is a plus
• Abilitty to work in a fast-paced production enviroment. 
• Qualified candidates must have held a formal Supervisor title in previous roles
