Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Assistant to join Ramsay Pharmacy Wyalla Plaza in Toowoomba. This is a casual position working across a rotating roster, including weekend shifts.

About the Role

Working closely with our qualified Pharmacists, you will provide friendly and professional customer service, receive and put away stock, answer customer enquiries by phone, and assist with receiving and processing prescriptions. You will also have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in CPAP products and services.

About You

  • Previous experience working in a pharmacy or retail environment
  • Certificate II in Community Pharmacy and S2/S3 qualifications are highly desirable, but not essential
  • A friendly, customer-focused approach and a willingness to learn
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively to deliver excellent patient care
