Key Responsibilities

• Assist the production team with daily tasks and on-set activities.
• Set up and break down equipment and production areas as required.
• Manage inventory of production supplies and ensure all materials are stocked and organized.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
• Help with scheduling and organizing production meetings and shoots.
• Provide support for talent and crew members as needed during production.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in media or production is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
