Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:

• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
• Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Convert leads provided into written business
• Conduct sales presentations
• Comply with training schedules
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
• Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative:

• Active Property & Casualty License
• 1-6 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, and client-facing roles
• Comfortable making up to 100 outbound calls per day
• Prior insurance sales experience in auto, home, business, and life insurance
• Eligible to work in the United States

Compensation:

• Base salary of $40,000.00-$50,000.00 USD/year depending on experience and track record
• Generous commission payouts per item written (we're writing over 100 items per month)
• Time and a half for more than 40 documented hours worked per week.
• Bonuses & generous commissions. We reward great performance.
