Our concierge private-pay nursing services are designed to provide personalized, high-quality care where clients feel most comfortable — in their own homes, assisted living communities, and independent living residences.

Concierge Private-Pay Nursing | Medication Management | RN Delegation

We need a nurse who can think on their feet, respond quickly, build meaningful relationships, and make every client feel heard, valued, and cared for.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional concierge nursing care with a personal touch, focusing on each client’s unique needs and preferences.
• Manage and oversee medications, promoting safety, accuracy, and peace of mind for clients and families.
• Oversee RN delegation, ensuring caregivers are properly trained, supported, and equipped to deliver quality care.
• Collaborate closely with caregiver teams, providing clinical guidance, leadership, and support.
• Partner with marketing liaisons to build strong relationships, support new client transitions, and ensure an outstanding client experience.
• Respond quickly and confidently to changing client needs while remaining calm, attentive, and compassionate.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and residential community partners.

Requirements

• Current RN license and good standing with the state nursing board
• Knowledge or experience utilizing Homecare Homebase EMR would be a plus
• Experience in home health or related healthcare setting preferred
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
