About the Role

What we build

Most companies find out about supplier insolvencies, cyber attacks, factory fires or floods that affect their supply chain when it’s already a crisis. Prewave exists to change that. We’re an AI-native company giving BMW Group, Hilti and Lufthansa real-time visibility into supply chain risks before they become headlines.

We’re looking for a Partner Manager, Consulting Partnerships (f/m/d) who takes ownership of turning our global consulting partnerships into a growing revenue engine from day one. Someone who uses AI as a default part of how they work - and knows when to trust their own judgment.

What you'll own

  • Drive Prewave’s relationships with our global consulting partners so that each partnership becomes a reliable and growing source of revenue

  • Design joint go-to-market concepts with partners from the ground up so that consulting engagements and Prewave’s software reinforce each other

  • Bridge project-based consulting work and multi-year software licences so that both sides see a clear commercial path to working together

  • Expand our network across partners’ offices and practices worldwide so that new opportunities surface in more regions and industries

  • Partner closely with our Account Executives so that partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals move quickly from first conversation to signed contract

  • Set up partnership plans with clear milestones and KPIs so that progress is measurable and visible from the start

What we are looking for

You are the right fit if you:

  • Bring minimum 4 years of experience in consulting, ideally at a Big Four firm or another global consultancy, or in partner management working directly with such firms

  • Hold a university degree in business, economics, engineering, supply chain management or a related field

  • Have shaped engagements yourself: scoping with clients, defining the approach and building concepts rather than following a predefined plan

  • Understand how consultancies sell, staff and bill their work, and can translate that into a partnership model around a software licence

  • Build trusted relationships across all levels, from partners and practice leads to delivery teams

  • Communicate with confidence and clarity in English, both in writing and in front of senior stakeholders

  • Are based in Vienna or ready to relocate

Nice to have:

  • Experience in supply chain risk, procurement or sustainability and compliance topics

  • German or another second language

What's our working style

We’re a resilient AI-native team building an AI-native resilience product - and we hire for both. For us, AI-native has always meant humans and AI working together, not one replacing the other. We use tools like Claude and Gemini as a normal part of the job, to think faster, work smarter and spend less time on the repetitive stuff. We treat AI fluency as a skill like any other - something you build, experiment with and keep developing.

What goes with that is real ownership. You’ll have the space and the trust to figure things out your way - with a strong team around you and plenty of support when you need it. Things move fast here and the brief won’t always be complete, but that’s what makes the work interesting.

The people who do best at Prewave are curious by default, go after things rather than wait to be handed them, and don’t lose their footing when the plan changes.

We score five values in every interview - creating positive impact through our successful customers, being an ambitious innovator, operating with urgency, doing things that make sense and collaborating with kindness - so you always know what we’re looking for and can prepare accordingly.
