The Talk Group operates market research panels with detailed member profiles in 24 countries with currently around 1.3 million active panelists in the DACH and CEE regions. With over 20 years of experience in online market research, Talk specializes in “Full Service Digital Data Collection” Talk has behavioral data technologies such as Passive Metering or Cookie tracking, which can be used to measure website and app usage as well as advertising media contacts. Talk’s own app can also be used for Geolocation tracking of participants in all countries. The integration of Audio Listening functions is also possible. Talk stands for highest data quality, extensive expertise in panel management and innovative panel management technologies, as well as full compliance with the data protection requirements of the GDPR, guaranteed by highest security standards in IT and project management and confirmed by the ISO 20252 certification. Talk Online Panel is a leading provider of proprietary online market research panels and communities across Central and Southeastern Europe. With over 1.6 million profiled respondents in 20+ countries, we deliver high-quality data and actionable insights to clients in market research, media, and consulting.

This position would be a great fit for a recent graduate or junior professional.

You would

Take ownership of client communication and commercial processes. From first request to final booking, you ensure a smooth, professional, and efficient experience.

  • Be the main point of contact for our Bulgarian and international clients
  • Manage incoming requests and prepare professional offers
  • Coordinate smoothly with internal operations and research teams
  • Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure recurring business
  • Spot opportunities to upsell and grow accounts
  • Keep client data and opportunities up to date in the CRM

You can

  • Bring your fluency in Bulgarian and English to deliver excellent client service
  • Apply your organizational skills to handle multiple projects at once
  • Use your background in research, marketing, business, or similar to add value
  • Learn fast on the job—even if this is your first client-facing role
