How You'll Make an Impact

Depending on your background, you'll step into one of the following:

• Business Development: Assess incoming client inquiries and build pricing and feasibility proposals for new research projects. 
• Client & Panel Member Relations: resolve panel member disputes, payment issues, and support questions.
• Panel Management: maintain panel member profiles and data, and serve as a first point of contact for panel members.
• Scheduling: schedule, confirm, and adjust participant interviews for qualitative research studies.
• Project Management: lead research projects from planning through closeout, owning scope, budget, and timeline.
• Qualitative Project Management: lead complex qualitative studies end to end and coach project teams.

What We're Looking For

• Based in Bosnia & Herzegovina and able to work Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm Eastern Time
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and quick to learn new systems
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Adept working within structured processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent required (a few roles call for a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience)
• Comfortable in a remote, computer-based role involving extended screen time and regular calls; reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities
• Experience in market research, healthcare, or regulated environments is a bonus.
• Competent leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, improve response quality, and increase speed without compromising data integrity or participant experience
• Professional fluency and strong written and verbal communication skills in English required. French, Italian, Spanish, or other language skillsare a bonus.
