The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. It brings together broad expertise in fit, comfort, performance and aesthetics to serve leading global brands at scale.

Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Bodywear team as a Merchandiser – Bulk.  We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to support the merchandising and supply chain process to ensure production process occurs as per agreed timelines, by negotiating, coordinating with internal / external stakeholders and final buyer to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and garments. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Monitor and ensure timely completion of activities in the customer calendar, coordinating with internal teams for delivery deadlines.
  • Manage critical path tasks, ensuring timely and accurate system updates, including booking forms and order confirmations.
  • Ensure adequate raw material stock, manage inventory, and provide timely procurement data while following up on supplier payments.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate competitive prices, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
  • Execute activities related to BOM (Bill of Materials), PO (Purchase Order) creation, PI (Performance Invoice) confirmation, bulk approvals, and raw material coordination to meet production schedules.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure on-time material delivery for production and address any supply issues promptly.
  • Create and track reports on order status, sales forecasting, OTD, and PSR/OTR.
  • Develop detailed time and action plans for smooth order management and regularly update stakeholders.
  • Address production issues by coordinating with technical personnel to minimize losses.
  • Manage raw material arrivals, analyze stock levels, and monitor write-offs and liabilities.
  • Oversee shipping arrangements and documentation to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate on projects to drive performance and continuous improvement.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by management.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • MBA/ Degree/ Management qualification in a relevant field 
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
