Digital Product Owner - B2B

- Backlog Ownership: Own and maintain a single, prioritized product backlog for B2B Commerce and supporting sales tools. Author well-structured epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, success metrics, and testable outcomes. Manage the allocation mix across feature work, tech debt, and platform optimization.
Delivery & Quality: Play a key role throughout the development lifecycle, including sprint planning, refinement, review, and acceptance. Write acceptance criteria, execute acceptance tests, and collaborate with QA to embed a shift-left quality mindset. Partner with UX designers and front-end engineers to deliver user-friendly experiences for wholesale buyers and sales reps.
Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as the primary product liaison between the GCC engineering squad and Portland-based business stakeholders in Sales Operations, Account Operations, and Sales Management. Synthesize competing input from multiple regions (US, Canada, Europe, IDR) and brands into a coherent backlog. Maintain a regular cadence of async updates, decision logs, and roadmap reviews that keep distributed partners aligned.
Roadmap Execution: Execute the product vision and roadmap for B2B Commerce. Track, analyze, and surface end-user feedback from wholesale users to refine priorities. Anticipate dependencies across SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise data integrations, and sequence work accordingly.
Integration Fluency: Understand how B2B Commerce solutions route orders through ERP platforms and how CRM platforms support the prospect-to-order lifecycle, rep assignments, case management, and customer agreements. Collaborate with integration teams to scope work realistically and flag infeasible requests early.
Documentation & Async Communication: Produce self-contained epics, sprint summaries, decision logs, and stakeholder-facing artifacts that distributed teammates in Portland (13.5 hours behind Bengaluru) can act on independently. Maintain Confluence pages, Jira hygiene, and status updates that reduce the need for synchronous handoffs.
