About the Role:
Ultimate Caring ABA in Dallas, TX is looking for a passionate and dedicated Behavior Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! In this rewarding role, you'll make a direct and meaningful impact on the lives of children and families by delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. MUST BE AVAILABLE IN THE EVENINGS Until 8:30 PM - PART TIME WELCOME
MUST HAVE SATURDAY AVAILABILITY
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide 1:1 direct therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings
- Collect accurate and consistent behavioral data during each therapy session
- Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Document session notes and progress in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support client goals
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for all clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
- RBT certification
- Prior experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong understanding of or willingness to learn ABA principles and techniques
- Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations in the Dallas, TX area
