职位描述
一、岗位职责（Job Description）
1. 负责生产计划达成、产能评估、生产设施配置以及生产资源的合理调配。
Deliver production plans, conduct capacity evaluation, configure production facilities and rationally allocate production resources.
2. 调配各类资源，组织生产落地实施，对生产任务进行跟进，监督工作进度。
Allocate various resources, organize production execution, follow up production tasks and monitor work progress.
3. 落实生产工艺执行，完成工艺要求下的产量统计，负责生产报表的填报、使用与管控。
Ensure implementation of production processes; complete production-volume statistics as required by processes, and be responsible for filling out, using and controlling production reports.
4. 依据工艺要求使用、管理及维护生产设备、工装器具。
Use, manage and maintain production equipment and tools in accordance with relevant process requirements.
5. 开展生产现场管理，落实或协同其他部门落实公司对生产现场的各项管理要求。
Implement on-site production management; fulfill or cooperate with other departments to meet corporate requirements for production site.
6. 收集、整理生产相关信息，协同对接其他部门，排除生产阻碍，保障生产平稳运行。
Collect and sort out production-related information, communicate and collaborate with other departments to remove production bottlenecks and ensure smooth production.
7. 复盘评审生产消耗定额，提出修订建议，实现生产成本降低。
Review production consumption quotas, propose revision suggestions to reduce production costs.
8. 运用CBS专业知识，推进并落地精益生产与持续改善项目，优化生产流程与工艺。
Leverage CBS knowledge to drive and implement lean production and continuous-improvement projects, so as to optimize production workflows and processes.
9. 开展部门员工培训，提升部门人员专业技能与综合素养。
Provide training for department employees to improve their professional skills and overall competence.
10. 根据公司制度，负责化学品日常管控，监督并落实安全风险防范工作。
Manage daily control of chemicals per corporate regulations, supervise and implement safety prevention work.
11. 根据公司制度，对生产过程产生的废弃物实施分类管理与处置。
Conduct classified management and disposal of waste generated from production in compliance with corporate rules.
12. 根据公司制度，对车间部分消防器材开展点检工作。
Perform inspection of partial fire-fighting equipment in workshop in accordance with corporate regulations.
13. 根据公司制度，定期开展本部门危险源辨识与风险评估，确保所制定管控措施适用且有效。
Regularly conduct hazard identification and risk assessment for the department per corporate rules, to ensure formulated control measures are applicable and effective.
14. 执行或配合执行公司全部规章制度。
Implement or support the implementation of all corporate regulations.
15. 及时完成上级交办的其他合理工作任务。
Timely complete other reasonable work tasks assigned by superior leaders.
职位要求
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，化工、工程类相关专业优先。
Full-time bachelor's degree or above; major in chemical engineering or engineering is preferred.
2. 拥有约10年橡胶、化工制造企业生产管理相关工作经验。
Around 10 years of working experience in production management within rubber or chemical manufacturing enterprises.
3. 熟悉精益生产及相关生产管理知识，具备项目落地实施能力。
Familiar with lean production and relevant production-management knowledge, with proven capability in project delivery.
4. 具备优秀的综合成本管控能力。
Strong comprehensive cost-control capability.
5. 出色的团队管理能力。
Outstanding team-management skills.
6. 优秀的英语沟通能力。
Strong English communication skills.
