Assistant Store Manager

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll be the Store Manager's key support and play an integral role in driving commercial success, leading retail operations and inspiring a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Do

• Support, coach and develop the store team to achieve sales and customer experience targets

• Lead daily retail operations including stock management, store standards, rostering and security

• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to drive sales growth

• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager

• Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor and lead by example

• Build team capability through coaching, training and development

• Previous leadership experience within retail

• Proven ability to drive sales and profitability

• Strong coaching and communication skills

• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences

• Adaptability and a positive, can-do attitude

Part Time Sales Associate

Roster: Monday

Our Sales Associates are the connection between our products and our customers. As a Pandora brand ambassador, you'll deliver memorable customer experiences while helping achieve individual and store sales goals.

What You'll Do

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques

• Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service

• Confidently share product knowledge and styling recommendations

• Support customer loyalty initiatives and collection launches

• Assist with stock delivery and inventory management

• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards

• Process transactions, returns and exchanges

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

• Confidence working towards sales targets

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

• Enthusiasm, positivity and a team-first attitude

Seasonal Part Time Sales Associate

Fixed-Term Contract: 2 November 2026 - 10 January 2027

• Availability throughout the entire festive trading period

• A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences
