Rotork is offering an exciting 18-month Apprentice Field Service Engineer Programme based in Shah Alam, Selangor. This apprenticeship combines hands-on experience with structured learning, giving you the opportunity to build technical skills and start a rewarding engineering career.

About the Role

As an Apprentice Field Service Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers, learning how to maintain, repair, test and commission Rotork's industry-leading products.

You'll gain experience across workshop, manufacturing and field service environments while developing the skills needed for a successful career in engineering.

What You'll Do

• Assist with maintenance, repair and testing activities.
• Learn to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
• Support workshop and field service operations.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.
• Complete apprenticeship learning activities and assessments.
• Work with experienced engineers on real customer applications.

• A final-year Diploma/degree student or recent Diploma/degree graduate in:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Mechatronics Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Passionate about engineering and technology.
• Eager to learn and develop new skills.
• A strong team player with good communication skills.
• Interested in hands-on, practical work.

Qualifications & Technical Knowledge

• Currently completing (or recently completed and ready for an internship and career):
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
• No experience needed — we provide full training
• A curious mind, strong work ethic, and desire to grow your career
