About the Role

Description

Who We Are:

At DeWinter, we’re built on integrity, strong relationships, fierce determination, and a genuine commitment to having fun along the way. Since 2000, we’ve been a trusted leader in connecting top finance, accounting, and technology professionals with leading organizations through executive search, consulting, and contract placements.

We’re proud of the relationships we’ve built over the years and the reputation we’ve earned in the staffing industry. We keep it simple: work hard, follow through, build great relationships, and have fun along the way.

We believe in creating a culture where people are supported, valued, and given the opportunity to succeed, with a focus on equity and belonging.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team and support one of our key MSP accounts.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the pace of staffing and likes being in the middle of the action. You’ll work closely with our internal team and client partners to find, screen, and deliver strong technical candidates across a variety of roles.

Staffing agency experience is required. We’re looking for someone who understands the pace of agency recruiting, knows how to prioritize a busy req load, and enjoys the challenge of finding the right person when timelines are tight.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage recruiting for a high-volume MSP account, from sourcing through candidate submission and interview coordination
  • Consistently meet or exceed recruiting metrics, client expectations, and delivery goals
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and other recruiting tools
  • Review a high volume of resumes and quickly identify candidates who are a strong match
  • Conduct initial phone screens and get to know candidates beyond what’s on their resume
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the process
  • Partner closely with account managers and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Stay on top of submittals, interviews, feedback, and candidate status
  • Work within client processes, SLAs, and compliance requirements
  • Keep recruiting activity and candidate information up to date in the ATS

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or staffing experience
  • Agency staffing experience is required
  • MSP or RPO experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, an ATS, and major job boards
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and clients
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Someone who is proactive, responsive, and not afraid to pick up the phone
  • A team player who enjoys working with others and takes pride in getting the job done
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

We offer:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Hybrid work environment, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office
  • Opportunity to work with a high-profile MSP account
  • Collaborative, relationship-driven team
  • A culture built around integrity, relationships, determination, and fun
  • Opportunities to grow your recruiting career within DeWinter

DeWinter was named one of 2026’s Best Places to Work in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times and Silicon Valley Business Journal for the fourth consecutive year.
