POSTE : CHEF D’ÉQUIPE NIUT (H/F) – CDI

 

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

Rattaché(e) au Superviseur Production, vous assurez l’encadrement d’une équipe de production et garantissez l’atteinte des objectifs en matière de sécurité, qualité et délais, conformément aux procédures internes.

 

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

  • Affecter les ressources humaines et techniques selon les besoins du planning,

  • Suivre le bon déroulement de la production et réagir aux différents aléas (pannes, absences …),

  • Veiller à l’approvisionnement des postes et au respect des standards (5S, plan de surveillance),

  • Saisir et transmettre les données de production et consignes de poste,

  • Encadrer et accompagner les équipes au quotidien,

  • Relayer les informations et garantir l’application des règles internes (sécurité, qualité, RI),

  • Participer à l’intégration des nouveaux arrivants et réaliser les évaluations périodiques,

  • Identifier les besoins en formation et contribuer aux actions d’amélioration continue,

  • Assurer la bonne application des méthodes de contrôle et la gestion des produits non conformes,

  • Faire respecter le port des EPI et les procédures de sécurité,

  • Déclarer les incidents, accidents et presque-accidents,

  • Participer au maintien des règles 5S et au tri des déchets.

 

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Bac PRO en mécanique générale ou équivalent (titre professionnel, certification).

Expérience d’environ 2 ans dans la mécanique industrielle : conduite d’équipements, réglage, ou animation d’équipe.

 

COMPÉTENCES TECHNIQUES

  • Lecture de plans et maîtrise des techniques d’usinage,

  • Connaissance des systèmes de production automatisés/robotisés,

  • Base en métrologie et diagnostic de pannes,

  • Connaissances des outils numériques et respect des procédures internes.

 

QUALITÉS PERSONNELLES

  • Leadership, assertivité et capacité à fédérer,

  • Sens de l’analyse et de la priorisation,

  • Bonne communication et capacité d’adaptation,

  • Respect strict des règles et engagement sécurité.

CDI

Travail posté de nuit.

Port obligatoire des EPI, manipulation possible de charges et équipements
