Make an Impact at VBA
At VBA, reliable data is at the heart of delivering a seamless experience for our clients. As a Data Integration Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring healthcare and benefits administration data moves accurately, securely, and efficiently between VBA, our clients, and their vendors.
This is a hands-on technical role where you'll take ownership of investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving data integration issues. From identifying the root cause of a failed file transfer to ensuring automated processes run as expected, your work will directly contribute to the reliability of our platform and the experience we deliver to our clients.
If you're someone who enjoys digging into technical challenges, solving problems independently, and finding better ways to make processes work, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
