Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of smaller, satellite projects supporting Blackmores' ERP transformation, from planning and execution through to go-live and transition into business as usual.

  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring milestones, critical paths, resources and dependencies remain on track.

  • Lead cross-functional teams, systems integrators and external vendors to maintain delivery momentum and remove blockers.

  • Manage dependencies across the satellite project portfolio, core ERP program, CRM program and business teams.

  • Proactively manage project risks, issues, assumptions, decisions and dependencies, escalating material matters with clear options and recommended actions.

  • Manage project budgets, vendor spend, forecasting and change impacts to ensure strong commercial control.

  • Engage with senior stakeholders, business owners, technology teams and vendors, providing clear and concise updates on progress, risks, decisions and priorities.
