Aufgaben

Fachliche Leitung & Verantwortung

  • Verantwortung für die Buchhaltung gemäß US GAAP und HGB

  • Fachliche Führung, Entwicklung und Anleitung des Accounting-Teams

  • Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, interne Fachabteilungen und Behörden

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie interner Richtlinien

Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse

  • Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse nach USGAAP inkl. Abgrenzungen, Rückstellungen, Analysen und Reporting

  • Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach USGAAP und HGB

  • Mitwirkung bei Audits (interne und externe Prüfungen)

  • Verantwortung für die Kontenabstimmung und Bilanzqualität

Operative Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft

  • Mitarbeit und Qualitätssicherung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung (Rechnungsstellung, Mahnwesen, Kontenabstimmung)

  • Unterstützung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung (Prüfung, Kontierung, Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen, Zahlungsverkehr)

  • Verarbeitung und Analyse der Kostenrechnungen und Umlagen

  • Pflege und Verbuchung des Anlagevermögens inkl. Abschreibungen und Zugänge/Abgänge

  • Reisekosten

  • Statistische Meldungen

  • Versicherungen und Verträge

  • Anlageninventur

  • Reporting nach US GAAP mit BPC

  • Adhoc-Reporting

Prozesse & Optimierung

  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der buchhalterischen Prozesse und Systeme

  • Einführung von Best Practices im Accounting und Compliance

  • Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Abläufen

  • KEY User ERP

Qualifikation

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance/Accounting

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise in einem internationalen produzierenden Unternehmen

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in US GAAP und HGB

  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. infra, Infor, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) und MS Office, insbesondere Excel

  • Führungserfahrung oder die klare Bereitschaft, eine Führungsrolle zu übernehmen

  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Zahlenaffinität

  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität und Kommunikationsstärke

  • Sehr Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
