About the Role
Manufacturing Production Associate for Specialty Film Products -1st Shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)
- Assemble film capacitors per specifications (requires ability to follow blueprints / drawings).
- Work efficiently, following steps in the process to maintain workflow on the production floor.
- Pull and prepare parts for jobs.
- Fill in for absent team members when required.
- Work overtime when necessary to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Focus on quality of products.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to use various measuring devices.
- Able to convert decimals to fractions.
- Capacity to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment.
- Strong attendance record.
- Previous production experience is a plus.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
Physical/Mental Requirements:
- Full body mobility and good eyesight.
- Strong hand-eye coordination.
- Constant alertness and attention to detail.
- Tolerance for exposure to some odors.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand full shift
