Built in 1888, Hotel Woolstore 1888 is the fourth oldest of Sydney’s 21 surviving wool stores. Today, it serves as a luxurious hotel within the Accor portfolio, offering 90 meticulously designed guestrooms, a multi-award-winning neighbourhood restaurant and bar, and versatile spaces for meetings and events.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Percy. Renowned for its authentic Spanish cuisine and traditional Spanish wine list, Percy offers a unique dining experience.

Working primarily across dinner service and bar operations, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, strong waiting skills and confidence behind the bar.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering friendly, attentive and professional table service.
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages efficiently.
• Supporting bar operations and preparing and serving drinks.
• Sharing knowledge of our menu, wines and beverage offerings with guests.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant and bar.
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service.
• Creating memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality.

• Previous experience in a food and beverage attendant or similar hospitality role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service and table waiting skills.
• Previous bar experience and confidence serving a range of beverages.
• An upbeat, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• Availability to work a flexible roster, primarily evenings, including weekends and public holidays.
