About the Role

At Noel Leeming, we're passionate about helping Kiwis get the most out of technology. This Christmas, we're looking for enthusiastic people to join our team and help customers find the perfect gifts, gadgets and solutions during our busiest and most exciting season. 

Our Christmas opportunities are Fixed Term and you will be required to work through the holiday period, from mid  November through to mid January. 

Job Description

As a Christmas Team Member, you'll help create a great in-store experience by assisting customers, supporting your team, and keeping things running smoothly during this busy season.

Opportunities Available:

Customer Service Representative

  • Assist customers at checkout
  • Process returns and refunds
  • Help with customer queries
  • Support the wider team when needed

Sales Consultant

  • Help customers find the right products
  • Share your knowledge and recommendations
  • Build great customer relationships
  • Keep the store looking its best
