The Opportunity

• Current GA state license is a plus.

St. Mary's Sacred Heart Hospital – Lavonia, Georgia

• 50-bed hospital plus associated sites.
• Case mix includes orthopedic, urology, general surgery, GI, and ophthalmology.
• Over 200 surgical cases per year.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
