What is it like to work with us?

SDN Ngallia is a 47-place early learning and preschool centre. Located within the grounds of the University of Sydney Cumberland Campus, Lidcombe, you will find a diverse and welcoming community that celebrates culture, language and identity. ‘Ngallia’, meaning “the meeting place of the children” in the local Aboriginal Darug language, reflects the centre’s strong focus on connection and belonging. You’ll join a long-serving and supportive team that values creativity, collaboration and building safe, secure and respectful relationships with children and families.

With generous indoor spaces and surrounding green spaces, the centre provides children with opportunities to explore and learn through play, including regular experiences within the nearby university campus grounds.
