İş Tanımı

As a Lifeguard at Swissôtel Uludağ Bursa, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests at the indoor and outdoor swimming pools located within the Spa area.

You will continuously monitor pool activities, enforce safety regulations, identify potential hazards, and respond promptly to emergencies by providing rescue and first aid assistance when required. You will contribute to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable swimming experience while maintaining the hotel's safety and service standards.

Nitelikler

  • Hold a valid Lifeguard Certification in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Previous experience as a Lifeguard in a hotel, resort, or similar facility is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of water rescue techniques, first aid, and CPR.
  • Ability to perform lifeguard duties in both indoor and outdoor swimming pool areas.
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Strong communication skills, with a responsible, attentive, and team-oriented approach.
  • Guest-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
