• Manage civil, structural, and architectural works during design and construction.
• Review drawings, specifications, and engineering designs.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, budget, and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical construction issues.
• Support commissioning, testing, handover, and project closeout activities.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience in large-scale construction projects, preferably data centers, industrial facilities, or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of concrete structures, steel structures, fit-out works, and project management.
• Familiarity with construction standards, contract management, and stakeholder coordination.
