Installers — Benjamin Franklin Plumbing® and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning® of Delaware & Marysville
Our sales are growing and we need installers who do it right the first time. Top installers here earn $100,000+ a year.
We are hiring for both brands: plumbing installers for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing® and HVAC installers for our sister company, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning®.
What You Will Do
- Plumbing: water heaters (tank and tankless), water softeners and filtration, re-pipes, sewer and water line replacement, and excavation work.
- HVAC: furnace, air conditioner, heat pump and indoor air quality installs, plus change-outs.
- Install to code, pull and pass permits, and clean up so the home looks better than you found it.
- Walk the homeowner through their new equipment and ask for a review.
- Lead a helper on larger jobs.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of residential plumbing or HVAC installation experience.
- Plumbing license or EPA 608 certification preferred.
- Excavation experience a big plus for plumbing.
- Takes pride in clean, careful work.
- Clean-cut, drug-free and on time.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record. Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Pay
- Install commission or hourly pay, depending on the role. Top installers earn $100,000+ a year.
