HVAC Comfort Advisor — One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning® of Delaware & Marysville
Have you sold $2.5 million or more in HVAC equipment in a year? Then you already know what you are worth. Come earn it with a team that keeps your calendar full.
One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning® is the sister company of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing® of Delaware & Marysville. We are adding a Comfort Advisor to run in-home sales appointments for furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and indoor air quality systems across Delaware, Union and northern Franklin counties.
What You Will Do
- Run pre-set, in-home appointments generated by our techs, our marketing and our door-to-door team. You do not cold call.
- Inspect the system, listen to the homeowner and design the right comfort solution.
- Present clear Good/Better/Best options and financing, and close at the kitchen table.
- Sell memberships so every customer stays with us.
- Follow up on open estimates and hand off sold jobs cleanly to our install team.
- Track your numbers in ServiceTitan.
What We Are Looking For
- A track record of $2.5M+ in annual residential HVAC sales (or a clear, proven path to it).
- 3+ years of in-home HVAC sales experience.
- Strong closing skills, with honesty first. We tell customers what they do not need.
- Comfortable with ServiceTitan, financing applications and a tablet.
- Clean-cut, professional and on time. We are known for punctuality.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record. Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Pay
- Base pay plus commission on every sale. Top advisors here earn $150,000 to $250,000+ a year.
- Bonuses for hitting monthly targets.
