About you
We’re looking for graduates who:
Are in their final year of study or graduated within the past 24 months
Interested or plan to become a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ or CPA pathway)
Have the right to work in New Zealand
Ideally have part-time work experience, volunteer experience or involvement in extracurricular activities
Bring initiative, adaptability and strong analytical skills. Graduates who can embrace technology, think critically and communicate effectively will thrive as accountants

Our process has five stages:
Submit your online application (CV, cover letter, academic transcript and passport/visa copy)
Take part in an informal phone interview
Attend the first in-person interview (or virtual if required)
Complete an online psychometric assessment (we’ll support you if needed)
Attend the final in-person interview, complete a case study exercise and meet some of the team over coffee
