Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Administrator

Description
Lead Operations. Build a Great Team. Make an Impact on Patient Care.
At Barbour Orthopaedics & Spine, we believe exceptional patient care starts with exceptional people, strong leadership, and well-run operations. We're looking for an experienced Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Administrator who is excited about bringing all three together. This is an opportunity to take ownership of an entire surgery center, lead a talented team, partner with physicians, and shape the operational and financial performance of a growing organization. You'll have the opportunity to own how the center operates, develop leaders, improve the surgical experience, and build a culture where people take pride in their work and patients receive exceptional care. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys solving complex challenges, developing people, improving processes, and seeing the results of your work, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Build a Team That Makes a Difference: Bring people together around a shared vision of excellence. Develop leaders, inspire teamwork, and create a culture where people take ownership, support one another, and take pride in their work.
- Make Great Surgery Center Operations Happen: Keep the center running at its best by bringing together people, processes, physicians, and resources. Look for ways to improve surgical flow, maximize capacity, support growth, and make it easier for teams to do their best work.
- Make Every Patient & Physician Experience Count: Create an environment where patients feel cared for, physicians feel supported, and team members feel empowered. Find ways to make the surgical experience smoother, more efficient, and consistently exceptional.
- Drive Business Performance & Growth: Take ownership of the center's financial health. Use data and business insight to make smart decisions, manage expenses, strengthen reimbursement, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and long-term performance.
- Make Sure Teams Have What They Need to Succeed: Keep the center equipped, organized, and ready for business. Build strong vendor relationships, make thoughtful purchasing decisions, and ensure supplies, equipment, and facilities support safe and efficient care.
- Champion Quality, Safety & Excellence: Create a culture where quality and patient safety are everyone's priority. Keep the center survey-ready, support strong clinical practices, and continually look for ways to raise the bar on care, compliance, and performance.
What Makes You A Great Fit
You're a natural leader who enjoys bringing people together, building strong teams, and making things better. You understand that running a successful surgery center takes more than keeping operations moving. It takes business savvy, strong relationships, thoughtful decision-making, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Why Join Barbour Orthopaedics & Spine
This is more than an opportunity to manage a surgery center. It's an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the people who work here, the physicians we support, and the patients who trust us with their care.
