Description

Make a difference when it matters most

  • Keep the home safe, clean, and comfortable, using proper infection control practices (OSHA).
  • Notice and report changes in a patient’s condition, and document care accurately so the care team stays informed.
  • Communicate with kindness and respect toward patients, families, and coworkers.
  • Respect each patient’s privacy, dignity, and home.
  • Share the hospice philosophy of compassionate, high-quality care.

What We’re Looking For

  • A caring, patient-centered attitude and strong communication skills
