Loaner Vehicle Coordinator - Merecedes-Benz of Tacoma

Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Loaner Concierge / Lead Service Drive Valet to support our service department and enhance the overall guest experience. This role is critical to the smooth operation of our loaner vehicle program and the first and last impression our service customers receive. 

We’re looking for someone who can multitask at a high level, take ownership of a key operation, and consistently deliver professional, white-glove customer service in a fast-paced luxury environment. 

The Ideal Candidate 

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once 
• Customer-service driven with a professional, polished demeanor 
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented 
• Comfortable working independently while supporting a larger team 
• Takes pride in presentation, accuracy, and follow-through 

What You’ll Do 

• Manage, track, and maintain the dealership’s loaner vehicle fleet 
• Assist customers with loaner vehicle check-in and check-out 
• Clean, fuel, inspect, and stage loaner vehicles for daily use 
• Cleaning duties will include working outdoors and performing tasks in various weather conditions. 
• Coordinate loaner availability with service advisors and management 
• Provide customer transportation to and from home or work as requested 
• Maintain accurate records related to loaner usage and condition 
• Support the service drive to ensure smooth traffic flow and a positive experience 
• Communicating with clients regarding toll charges, vehicle damage, and accidents, including follow-up and coordination as needed.
