  • Manage the variation process, pass-through costs and revenue in line with the contract.
  • Oversee purchase orders, quarterly client POs, invoicing and monthly claims.
  • Turn financial information into clear insights and practical recommendations for the business and the client.
  • Identify and implement improvements to finance processes and internal controls.
  • Act as the key contact for the client's accounting matters, including client meetings.
  • Support internal and external audits and resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Work closely with the Account Director, Contract Performance Manager and operations team on budgets and expenditure.
  • Support and develop one direct report.

Essential:

  • CA or CPA qualified, with tertiary qualifications in business, accounting or finance.
  • At least 5 years' experience in financial accounting and reporting.
  • Experience in facilities management, property or corporate real estate environments.
  • Strong commercial thinking, with the ability to interpret data and turn it into recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills.

  • Experience with CMMS platforms.
  • Experience in integrated property, facilities, project and financial management services.
  • Experience in aviation or other complex operational environments.

Workplace Flexibility

This position is based on-site at Mascot, close to public transport with free onsite parking.
