About the Role
Deine Aufgaben
- Du bist Ansprechperson für Kunden bei Fragen und technischen Problemen.
- Du setzt mithilfe von KI Workflows, Regeln und Benutzeroberflächen im Pyck Framework um und passt sie an.
- Du prüfst, ob Anforderungen technisch umsetzbar sind und die Geschäftslogik korrekt abgebildet wird.
- Du entwickelst und betreust Schnittstellen, zum Beispiel zu ERP-, EDI-, Carrier- oder WCS-Systemen.
- Du analysierst technische Probleme und koordinierst ihre Lösung mit Kundenprojekten und dem Pyck Core Pod.
- Du unterstützt Kunden bei der Einführung und nach dem Go-live und analysierst komplexe Fehler.
- Du arbeitest an Erweiterungen der Mobile App und von Pyck Control mit.
Dein Profil
- Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung oder technischen Implementierung von Softwarelösungen.
- Praktische Erfahrung mit KI-gestützten Entwicklungswerkzeugen und Interesse daran, neue Einsatzmöglichkeiten in der Softwareentwicklung zu erschließen.
- Fähigkeit, Kundenanforderungen zu verstehen, strukturiert zu prüfen und in technische Lösungen zu übersetzen.
- Sicherer Umgang mit APIs und Integrationen; Erfahrung mit Go, GraphQL, Temporal, NATS, React oder Flutter ist hilfreich.
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden sowie Produkt- und Entwicklungsteams.
