About the Role

About us

At Silimed, a global leader in medical device manufacturing and aesthetic solutions, we are driven by innovation, quality, and a commitment to improving lives. As part of our continuous international expansion across European markets, we are seeking an agile and detail-oriented People & Operations Coordinator based in Madrid, Spain. In this position, you will support our HR operations and management processes across the EMEA region, helping streamline day-to-day operations, track performance metrics, and foster top talent as we scale our presence.

Your mission

The primary mission of the People & Operations Coordinator (EMEA) is to act as an operational backbone and cross-functional facilitator for Silimed's international expansion. By coordinating end-to-end HR processes, supporting results-based KPI tracking, and driving continuous operational improvements, this role ensures smooth daily workflows, helps cascade global corporate goals, and supports a high-performing, scalable culture across the region.

  • HR Operations & Talent Coordination: Support full-cycle HR activities across EMEA, including onboarding coordination, employee administration, talent acquisition support, and training initiatives.

  • KPI & Performance Tracking: Maintain and update operational dashboards, tracking regional KPIs, OKRs, and performance metrics (using PDCA / Lean methodologies) to identify process bottlenecks.

  • Regional Support & Facilitation: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, local vendor coordination (EORs/payroll partners), and day-to-day administrative management.

  • Process Optimization: Assist regional leads in documenting workflows, standardizing HR practices across countries, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Corporate Alignment: Work closely with global HR and regional teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment with corporate guidelines.

Your profile

We are looking for an agile, execution-focused HR & Operations Coordinator who combines strong organizational skills and data accuracy with a deeply human approach. To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  • Multi-Country European HR Experience (Mandatory): Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple European countries simultaneously, with a solid understanding of international remote teams, EOR models, and diverse local labor nuances.

  • Proven Coordination Track Record: At least 2–4 years of direct experience as an HR Coordinator, HRBP Coordinator, or HR Operations Specialist in international, multicultural environments—preferably within Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Devices, or regulated industries.

  • Operational & Data Mindset: Hands-on experience across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance tracking, admin support, payroll/EOR coordination) paired with strong analytical capabilities to monitor KPIs, OKRs, and operational data.

  • Proactivity & Follow-Through: Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, troubleshoot daily operational challenges across different time zones, and deliver structured results.

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent stakeholder management skills to build trust across remote regional teams and corporate leaders.

  • Language Proficiency: Minimum Fluent in both English and Spanish; intermediate-to-advanced Portuguese is a strong asset for daily corporate alignment with headquarters.

Why us?

Silimed is a globally recognized pioneer in medical devices and silicone technologies, dedicated to high-quality healthcare and medical aesthetics for over 45 years. Joining our team means stepping into an innovative, expanding international environment where people and quality truly come first.

To support our team in Spain and EMEA, we offer an attractive and flexible environment, including:

  • Permanent Contract (Contrato Indefinido): Long-term stability and security from day one.

  • Hybrid Work Model: A flexible balance between working from home and collaborating in person.

  • Home Office Allowance: Financial support to ensure your remote workspace is fully set up for comfort and efficiency.

  • Lunch Vouchers: Daily meal allowances as part of your flexible benefits package.

  • Growth & Exposure: Direct exposure to international HR operations and business expansion with the backing of a collaborative, global team.

About us

Silimed's vocation is to contribute to plastic surgery, promoting both research and scientific studies, and developing technologies to meet different needs.
