We're looking for hardworking, detail-oriented individuals to join our 2nd Shift Liner Production Team, working Monday–Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

🔧 Your Mission: Measure It. Make It. Master It.

As a Chimney Liner Specialist, you'll help transform raw materials into finished products that meet our customers' expectations.

Here's how you'll make an impact:

• Run the Show: Set up and operate production machinery to manufacture chimney liners to precise specifications.

• Precision Is Your Superpower: Use measuring tools to ensure every liner meets required dimensions and quality standards.

• Put Your Skills to Work: Operate hand tools and power tools, including grinders, drills, and other production equipment.

• Follow the Blueprint: Read, understand, and complete work orders accurately and efficiently.

• Safety Is Non-Negotiable: Follow safety procedures and ensure machine guards are in place.

• Keep Things Moving: Handle and transport raw materials throughout the shop and outdoors when required.

• Spot the Problems: Identify equipment issues and report machinery requiring maintenance or repair.

• Own Your Workspace: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.

• Win as a Team: Work alongside supervisors, team leads, and coworkers to meet production goals, assist other departments, and complete additional assigned duties.

💪 Do You Have What It Takes?

You don't have to know everything about chimney liners on day one, but you should bring the manufacturing experience, dependability, and attention to detail needed to succeed.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a high school diploma or GED.

• Brings at least one year of manufacturing or production experience.

• Can read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and perform basic math.

• Has strong measuring skills and a sharp eye for quality.

• Enjoys hands-on work and operating machinery.

• Shows up ready to work and takes ownership of results.

• Understands that safety and quality always come first.

• Communicates effectively and works well with others.

• Makes sound decisions and stays focused when challenges arise.

• Is willing to learn, adapt, and help wherever needed.

• Has basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and spreadsheets.

Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with your weekends free from regularly scheduled shifts.

🏭 This Isn't a Sit-Down Job — And That's the Point!

Our manufacturing environment is active, fast-paced, and hands-on.

Here's what to expect:

• Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the shift.

• Frequently lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

• Working around moving machinery, vibration, fumes, and airborne particles.

• Experiencing varying temperatures due to open facility doors and garage areas.

• Using close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• Communicating effectively through speaking and hearing.

Travel Required: None.
